Our highly trained technicians take extra care to ensure that a quality product is being returned to each Aetron customer. We test all monitors, allowing each unit full performance in all capable modes of operation. This guarantees that future upgrades, multimedia video card expansions and needed changes in monitor performance requirements will function properly without a hitch. All serviced monitors are color tested, burned-in and beam aligned, using the latest state-of-the-art testing equipment. Each display must pass a slate of rigorous tests before any unit can be returned to the customer.

Our PC technicians not only competently repair system failures, but also provide a variety of system upgrades including processor, memory, hard disk drive, operating systems, CD-ROMs, multimedia, video and other installations. All systems are disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and scanned for the presence of any harmful viruses prior to any service or upgrade installation. Hardware failures are repaired to the component level. Aetron can also provide data recovery services on defective and crashed hard disk media.

Aetron provides extensive printer repair and service, depot level remanufacturing of printers and technical support to over 170 independent service facilities throughout North America, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada. All of our service standards are to factory specifications. All repairs are to the component level. Our factory trained technicians, under contract with major OEMs, provide customer training to help ensure the proper self-maintenance of printers.

Our component level board repair department services PC motherboards, video cards, power supplies, UPS systems, disk drives, floppy drives, network interface cards, network hubs and many other products. We provide depot level board repair and product modifications to components made by manufacturers from Los Angeles to New Jersey. In-house diagnostic and product testing programs allow our engineers the opportunity to provide manufacturers with design modification input, both in hardware and firmware (programmable devices), resulting in more reliable products for the future computer marketplace. Our engineers work closely with manufacturers to exchange information and ideas to enable accurate analysis and technical support in this rapidly expanding industry.
