- Applicants must be able to repair x86 based family of computers. Good
troubleshooting skills is a must. Familiarity with MS-DOS, Windows 3.x,
Windows95, and Novell is required. Job includes configuring multimedia
systems, resolving IRQ/DMA conflicts, changing jumper settings, upgrading
memory, hard drives, video cards, sound cards, etc. Must be able to change
motherboards, CPUs, and be familiar with BIOS overlays.

- A thorough working knowledge of video monitors is required. Must be able
to repair monitors down to the component level, read schematics and also
reverse-engineer various sub-sections of monitors. 60% to 70% of the monitors
do not have schematics available.

- Must be able to service and repair a wide variety of printers, ranging from
9-pin dot matrix printers, to color laser and video printers. Applicants should
be able to disassemble, diagnose, repair, and reassemble all types of
printers, plotters, ink-jets, and video printers.

- This position includes posessing the ability to repair power supplies, video
boards, motherboards, sound cards, network cards, laptops, etc. Must be able
to repair items down to the component level. Surface mount soldering skills is
a requirement. Must be able to reverse-engineer boards, as 60% to 70% of them
do not have schematics available. Must also be fluent in electronics,
and have excellent troubleshooting skills. EE degreed required, or equivalent.
